Accountability Coaching

Accountability (noun): quality or state of being accountable; especially: obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions.

I am a master motivator. My approach is pragmatic and intuitive, tapping into what’s underneath your resistance to move you toward goal-achieving. This involves: Nudging you through fear with inspired-action; influencing you replacing worn-out habits for ones that represent the next best version of you; collaboration on solutions for inevitable roadblocks, implementing the 4-Step Time-Management System – maximize efficiency and results; utilize rewards to replace exhaustion to work on versus in your life. Knowing what you need to do to and actually doing it are two very different states of being. I am your go-to reset coach for this!
