Accountability Coaching Packages

Accountability (noun): quality or state of being accountable; especially: obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions. 

I am a master motivator with an ability to intuitively tap into what is really underneath your resistance so you move through it and toward what you most want to achieve. My approach involves: Nudging you forward through fear with inspired-action; influencing your innate ability to replace worn-out habits with ones that represent the next best version of you; collaborate on solutions for inevitable roadblocks, testing your level of commitment to goal-achieve; automate the 4-Step Time-Management System – maximize efficiency for weekly results; utilize rewards to replace exhaustion by learning how to work on versus in your daily life. Knowing what you need to do to move forward and actually doing it are two very different states of being. I am your go-to reset coach for this!
